Sunday Mills is a pioneering co-living building of 315 impressive studio apartments focused around an array of shared amenity spaces, community uses and landscaping. Facilities include a huge working hub, fully fitted gym and rooftop with 360 panoramic views of London’s skyline, designed to change City living for good.

Also known as Garrett Mills, this signature development was crowned the Best Community Living Project in 2023 British Home Awards. It involved the transformation of a historic former gunpowder mill into a new cultural hub. The Navabi team supplied and installed the full mechanical package.
